I spent years as a fitness instructor, but when I hit my 40s, I realized the "old way" of working out wasn't serving my body—or my hormones—anymore.

As a Perimenopause & Metabolic Specialist (and someone living with hEDS), I know that midlife requires a different approach. You don't need more "burnout" cardio; you need stability, strength, and a resilient metabolism.

I created The Fusion Method to bridge the gap between deep core Pilates and metabolic strength training. My goal is to help you reach your strongest self with safe, effective movement and nutrition that actually works for this stage of life.
